What class types do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. You’ll find Flows, Yin, Vinyasa, Somatic, Rest and Relax, and guided Meditations - plus Strength, Perimenopause and Menopause focused sessions, Core and Back care - so you can choose the practice that best supports you each day.

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes! We support both Chromecast and Airplay. To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser. To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom right corner or swipe down from the top of your device and press the Airplay symbol.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply login here, go to 'Purchases & Payments' in the menu, and select 'Cancel Membership'. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current billing period.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, log into your account and click on 'My Account' from the top menu. Scroll down to 'Manage Your Password' and click 'Change password' then click 'Save changed' once finished. If you've forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page, enter your email, and click ‘Send Code’. You’ll receive an email with a 6-digit code. Enter that code on the Reset Password page, then choose your new password and click ‘Reset Password’. Then login with your new password.

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

Can I watch videos on any device? And what browsers are supported?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone, tablet & desktop browsers so you can watch our content anywhere! While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Brave and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser.

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers. If you have disabled cookies in safari settings on IOS you may also face issues.
