YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE JO MACARTHUR, HER REPRESENTATIVES, INSTRUCTORS, AND CONTRACTORS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING DEATH) THAT MAY RESULT FROM PARTICIPATION IN ANY SERVICES OFFERED.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, classes, and instructional material remain the exclusive property of Jo MacArthur and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or modify any part of the Services without express written consent.
7. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to:
Maintain valid payment information
Be billed automatically in accordance with your selected plan
Cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid future charges
No refunds will be issued once a billing period has commenced.
8. Availability and Service Quality
We make no guarantee regarding uninterrupted access or streaming quality. Service interruptions may occur due to internet or platform limitations. Jo MacArthur shall not be held liable for such interruptions.
9. Community Guidelines
By posting in any community feature, you agree not to:
Share content that is illegal, abusive, or promotional in nature
Disclose member-only content externally
Engage in harassment or discriminatory speech
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
10. Third-Party Services
Payment processing and certain technical services may be handled by third-party providers. We are not responsible for errors, outages, or breaches that occur within those systems.
11. Software License (If Applicable)
If software or mobile applications are provided, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reverse engineer, duplicate, distribute, or sublicense any such software.

OUR LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
