Due to the nature of our business and services provided by Jo Macarthur, all sales are final .To protect the integrity of the Jo Macarthur platform, all class access, recordings, programs, and membership benefits expire at the end of your active membership or subscription period. We are happy to assist you with any issues regarding your membership. All subscriptions and payments made through our website are managed by our internal support team. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your membership or for early cancellations. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
