This 22-minute Dynamic Flow builds warmth and strength through rhythmic movement and breath. We begin with Sun Salutations and Warrior sequences to awaken energy in the whole body. Dynamic transitions from Boat pose to roll-back and return challenge the core and bring a sense of playful control.
Balance is tested in Tree and Half Moon, while low lunges open the front body and release tension through the hips. A revolved twist, taking the opposite hand to the back foot, invites a deep sense of expansion and focus.
Throughout, you’ll move fluidly between effort and ease - building heat in the legs and core, increasing heart rate, and cultivating steadiness through breath. Expect to finish feeling energised, open, and grounded.
