This 25 minute full body flow begins with four rounds of lengthening Sun Salutations to expand the breath and awaken gentle warmth through the body. From here we move into an energising, uplifted Vinyasa sequence that connects movement and breath as one continuous rhythm.
You are invited to let your focus be your breath and leave all expectations of yourself in the other room. Be kind to you. Notice your self talk throughout this practice and, if you wish, create a simple positive affirmation before you begin. Repeat it quietly to yourself as you move.
In this practice we look for joy and breath, not self criticism or disappointment. Each movement is a reminder that you are already enough - perfectly as you are. You will finish feeling open, steady, and uplifted, with warmth in the body and calm in the mind.
