ABOUT
This serene Yin practice offers the space to slow everything down. Through long, supported holds you will gently release tension from the hips, shoulders, and spine, allowing the body to open naturally without force.
You are guided to rest in stillness and observe your breath, creating a quiet conversation between body and mind. Each posture becomes an invitation to let go - of effort, expectation, and the need to do.
As the nervous system calms, the body moves into a state of deep restoration. You will leave this practice feeling spacious, soothed, and grounded, as though you have pressed pause on the outside world and returned home to yourself.
